sooooooo i kinda totally might have broken my phone.

i dropped it a couple weeks ago, but it just had a little mark down in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. and then the bottom 10% of the screen started flickering like a fucking strobe light just. whenever. and now the screen won't turn back on when i hit the power button. if i do a force reboot then i can get the screen to turn on when it restarts, and then i can use the phone as long as i don't let the screen die.

AND THEN I TRIED TO GET AN INSURANCE REPLACEMENT AND IT'S ON BACK ORDER.

this might be a problem.

Ack! That's no good. So you just have to wait and see and not have a super-functional phone in the meantime?

P MUCH YEAH. I discovered that I can kind of spam the power button and eventually the screen will come up, so I might survive. I am Alex, Breaker of Phones.

No that was the first time I went to Vegas and on the way there I left my phone on the roof of the car at some gas station in the middle of the Mojave desert. FIRST STOP IN VEGAS? VERIZON STORE!!!

This is why I've had insurance on every phone ever since.
