24601, which is a reference to Les Miserables, one of my favoritefavoritefavorite books and musicals. 24601 is Jean Valjean's prisoner number (in the musical, it's not quite as musical in the book), and it's how Javert, the cop that's always after him, sees him, as a criminal and a prisoner instead of a guy with the possibility of reform. It's all dramatic when he reveals it in the play, and he's all, "Who am I? Who am IIII? TWO-FOUR-SIX-OH-OOOOOOOOOONE." And in the version I saw at least he ripped his shirt open and was all, "CHECK MY 24601 TAT," and I was all, "OKAY YOU'RE AN AWESOME SINGER BUT YOU GOT A POT BELLY, PUT THAT SHIT AWAY."
2. My name is _____ because ______: "disgruntled goat" because he had his moments. It's from a Simpsons episode, where they got to Itchy and Scratchyland and it's a parody of Westworld, and Bart and Lisa are in the gift shop and Lisa asks about all these different stuffed animals on one of the shelves. Bart says they were from a failed Itchy and Scratchy variety hour I think? Anyways, one of them was Disgruntled Goat, and when Lisa says they weren't very good, Bart goes, "I dunno, Disgruntled Goat had his moments." And since I'm the goat girl, and the Simpsons girl, I had to use it. It was about time I changed it from "(william) control freak".
3. My journal is titled ____ because ____: "This Journal is Property of Rut Ru Enterprises, Inc./and he seduced my mom to get it". From Minghags. One of (MY LOVE) Brandon DiCamillo's characters is Rut Ru, an evil corporate man who steals Dico's other character's invention, and he seduces his mom to get it, and I'm so fucking in love with Brandon DiCamillo it went from not even funny to kind of funny again, so I used it.
4. My default userpic is ____ because ____: Seth Green and Joel McHale, when Seth pretty much climbed Joel like a redwood on The Soup. I couldn't stop watching that bit, because I love tiny tiny Seth Green and Joel's all giant and and and yeah. Hi.
In other news you guys, I finished NaNo with a completed story! I had to kill Burton at the end, poor guy, but I finished the story! First time I've managed to do that, even though I ended with less words than my previous attempts, which had... way more story to go. Like, a lot. A lot a lot.
